Boise Hillside Suites

An absolute cute and quiet spot! Stayed here for two nights after a long road trip from California. Access to the location is private which really takes away the typical hotel feel. Area is very quiet and the view from the hillside is breathtaking from sun rise until sunset. I had the pleasure of staying in the hot tub suite which was more than I could’ve expected for the price. I absolutely loved the simple decor. The bed was HUGE and comfortable and I really enjoyed the coziness from the fireplace. It also has a great little bar and seating area. Location is equipped with basic necessities such as towels and needed items for the kitchen/dining area. The hot tub is right out the door with scented bubbles and a soft twinkle light glow. There was even thick comfy robes available for after the hot tub. The owner made a point to meet me and make sure I was all checked in ok. She is also available for any questions or concerns and even left me a great welcome note with food and attraction suggestions. Making the trip feel all more personal. If you’re looking for a quaint quiet spot, this location is definitely for you.

My wife & I celebrated our 20th anniversary with a wonderfully memorable stay in the Marjorie's Library suite. We were delighted with the peaceful setting of the location backing up against the Boise Front Range foothills, as well as the friendly service of the proprietors Keith & Marylee. We were greeted by lovely roses and chocolates when we arrived, and the coffee maker made perfect coffee every time. The sheets were so luxurious - a special treat for relaxing and sleeping. We were disappointed that the breakfasts are no longer an option, but Marylee gave us two great hand-picked recommendations and we enjoyed both. Being close to Boise gave us a great opportunity to explore and return to this wonderful retreat without a lot of driving time to and from. At the end of busy days, we were so thankful for the hot tub to relax in. We definitely recommend this as a great getaway close to Boise!!!

Me and my husband stayed for our 14 year anniversary and it was incredible. The staff was great and made it special for us with champagne and sweets in room waiting for our arrival. We will definitely be returning! And the private hot tub was just what the body needed.

Very enjoyable to stay in such a unique dwelling. The apartment was spacious and the fireplace was so retro cozy. The bedding was soft and the mattress was super comfortable. The hillside setting was very quiet. We took a walk up the hill and viewed the city below and wildlife above. Marylee was gracious and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we absolutely loved it! The hot tub was such a relaxing addition! We had such great service from Marylee and I will never stay anywhere else again. Quaint, in the hills, quiet, perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful place and a perfect experience.

We spent three nights in Marjorie's Library while in Boise for a family wedding. The room was stylish and comfortable and Ashley is a great hostess! We even hosted a sibling at the little dining table outside, which was the perfect spot for morning coffee. The hot tub was a nice feature, as was the little kitchen area, so we could avoid crowds for meals. Another thing we liked was the elevated rear entrance, so we could drive up and not have to drag our very heavy luggage up stairs. It seemed to be pretty centrally located for the north end of Boise/Eagle; everything we did was within a 20-minute drive. We will definitely look to stay here again -- and so should you!

Was a really nice place to stay. We live in town, but on the opposite side, so it was like a little get away for us on our anniversary Super clean, the bedding was wonderful, and the hot tub was very relaxing. Nice and quiet, all you can hear is crickets when you go outside which is lovely. I would definitely recommend to someone coming to Boise for a romantic getaway. It's close to everything you might want to do yet far enough that you feel kind of secluded. The only negative for us was that the room was hot(to us) and we didn't have access to thermostat, so some sort of access to that would have been nice. We didn't want to bug the innkeeper's for such things. Speaking of, the innkeeper was very kind and inviting. Great place!

Marylee is an amazing host. She provides the perfect blend of being caring and available with allowing her guests some privacy. The room is spotless and comfortable with personal touches that set it apart from other places I have stayed. The private hot tub is a plus, and from our nice, cozy vantage point, we could watch the snow falling. A piece of paradise in Boise!
